1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SimplScreens (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
SimplScreens is an AI-powered digital signage platform that enables users to create, manage, and deploy visual content to screens. The Service includes a web application, AI generation tools, asset management, and screen management features.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant SimplScreens a licence to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your brand assets or generated designs.
6. AI-generated content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. SimplScreens does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplScreens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. We will retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
