Why did my design generation fail?
Common causes are expired auth, exceeded graphic credits, or missing brand assets. Retry after refreshing and ensure your Brand Kit is set.
What are graphic credits?
A graphic credit is used each time simplscreen generates a new design. Quick edits don’t use a credit. Credits reset monthly and top-up packs are available.
How do I reset my brand profile?
Open Brand Profile and use Reset Profile. Your last saved snapshot is kept server-side.
Where are my assets stored?
Assets are stored in your org bucket. Deleting an asset removes its public URL immediately.
